Meet Your Career Coach

I know what it takes to build a successful career—because I did it.

Hi, I'm Geoff Wilcox. I spent years climbing the ladder in corporate sales and executive leadership. On paper, I was successful—good jobs, steady promotions, everything I was supposed to want. But over time, I burned out. I realized that when your work doesn't fit who you are, success gets harder to sustain, and even when you achieve it, something still feels off.

So, I took a step back to figure out what actually makes a career work. My path had been pretty traditional—graduating with honors from Harvard Law, working in Silicon Valley & San Francisco during the dot-com boom, practicing law, then shifting into business leadership—but none of it ever felt quite right. It wasn't until I learned how to align my strengths, interests, and motivations with my work that things finally started to click.

Now, I help people at all stages—students trying to find a direction, professionals stuck in the wrong job, and mid-career folks thinking about a reset—make smarter, more strategic career decisions. I'm certified in the Strong Interest Inventory®, one of the most trusted career assessments in the world, and use research-backed tools to help people figure out what actually fits them. But knowing what fits is only half the battle—you also have to know how to land the job.

That's where my real-world hiring experience comes in. Over the course of my career, I've interviewed and hired hundreds of people and learned firsthand what makes a resume stand out, what works (and what doesn't) in an interview, and how to get past the roadblocks that keep great candidates from getting hired. I've coached job seekers who were stuck—helping them improve their resumes, sharpen their interview skills, gain relevant experience, and finally break through when nothing else had worked. I've personally walked into offices that wouldn't return my calls and walked out with job offers and signed contracts.

I know what it's like to feel stuck—whether it's in the wrong career or in the job search itself. I've been there myself, and I've helped a lot of people get through it. With the right tools, the right strategy, and the right mindset, you don't just land a job—you build a career that fits.

We Believe Everyone Can Find a Career Path That Works for Them.

Figuring out your career is like learning to ride a bike. It feels wobbly at first—you test things out, adjust, and sometimes tip over. But each time, you learn something new and get a little steadier. Eventually, you find your balance for the first time, and it feels like you're flying.

But balance isn't something you achieve once—it's something you stay in by adjusting as you go. It's a convergence of a bunch of things—steering, shifting, pedaling—all while the ground beneath you keeps changing. You don't figure it out by standing still or overthinking it. You find it by moving, trying things, and noticing what clicks.

Coaching helps you see where people like you are already thriving. Doors you didn't know existed start to open, and new possibilities come into focus.

Explore. Pay attention to what energizes you. Make choices that align with your strengths and interests. The more you engage, the clearer things become—what lights you up, and what's worth exploring. The path is yours to choose.

And when you do, something shifts. You stop second-guessing. The road feels smoother. You move with more energy, more purpose—and the kind of balance that lasts.
